MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Theravance, Inc. (THRX) Name and Symbol Change to Innoviva, Inc. (INVA)
Theravance, Inc. (THRX) will change its name to Innoviva, Inc., its trading symbol to (INVA), and its CUSIP to 45781M101, effective for trading on Monday, January 11, 2016.
Strike prices and all other option terms will not change.
NOTE: INVA options will trade on Cloud 9 on the MIAX.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in THRX will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, January 8, 2016.
