MIAX Options Exchange Delisting: SandRidge Energy Inc. (SD)

SandRidge Energy Inc. (SD) will be de-listed from the MIAX Options Exchange effective on Friday, January 8, 2016.

All open orders resting on the MIAX order book in SD will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, January 7, 2016.

Details about the SandRidge Energy Inc. (SD) move to the OTC market are provided in the attached OCC Memo.
