MIAX Options Exchange Delisting: Dex Media, Inc. (DXM) and Whiting USA Trust II (WHZ)

Dex Media, Inc. (DXM) and Whiting USA Trust II (WHZ) will be de-listed from the MIAX Options Exchange effective on Thursday, January 7, 2016.

All open orders resting on the MIAX order book in DXM and WHZ will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, January 6, 2016.
