MIAX Corporate Action Alert: EnteroMedics Inc. (ETRM)

EnteroMedics Inc. (ETRM) has announced a 1-for-15 reverse split that will become effective on Thursday, January 7, 2016.  On that date, the current ETRM option class will change to ETRM1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list ETRM1 options. Therefore, no options on ETRM will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Thursday, January 7, 2016.  EnteroMedics Inc. (ETRM) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Friday, January 8, 2016.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in ETRM will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, January 6, 2016.
