MIAX Corporate Action Alert: GSV Capital Corp. (GSVC)

GSV Capital Corp. (GSVC) has announced a dividend. On Monday, January 4, 2016, the current GSVC options class will change to GSVC1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list GSVC1 options. Therefore, no options on GSVC will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Monday, January 4, 2016. The new GSVC options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, January 5, 2016.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in GSVC will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, December 31, 2015.
