MIAX Corporate Action Alert: BioTime Inc. (BTX)

BioTime Inc. (BTX) has announced a distribution. The distribution will become effective on Monday, January 4, 2016.  On that date, the current BTX options class will change to BTX1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list BTX1 options. Therefore, no options on BTX will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Monday, January 4, 2016. The new BTX options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, January 5, 2016.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in BTX will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, December 31, 2015.
