MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Halcon Resources Corporation (HK)
Halcon Resources Corporation (HK) has announced a 1-for-5 reverse split that will become effective on Monday, December 28, 2015. On that date, the current HK option class will change to HK1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list HK1 options. Therefore, no options on HK will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Monday, December 28, 2015. Halcon Resources Corporation (HK) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, December 29, 2015.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in HK will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, December 24, 2015.
