MIAX Options Exchange Delisting: Vimicro International Corporation (VIMC)

Vimicro International Corporation (VIMC) will be de-listed from the MIAX Options Exchange effective on Monday, December 21, 2015.

All open orders resting on the MIAX order book in VIMC will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, December 18, 2015. Details about the Vimicro International Corporation (VIMC) merger are provided in the attached OCC Memo.
