MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Allegiant Travel Company (ALGT)
Allegiant Travel Company (ALGT) has announced a special cash dividend. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Wednesday, December 16, 2015. ALGT options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options Exchange.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in ALGT will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, December 15, 2015.
