MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Senior Housing Properties Trust (SNH)

Senior Housing Properties Trust (SNH) has announced a distribution. The distribution will become effective on Tuesday, December 15, 2015.  On that date, the current SNH options class will change to SNH1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list SNH1 options. Therefore, no options on SNH will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, December 15, 2015. The new SNH options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Wednesday, December 16, 2015.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in SNH will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, December 14, 2015.
