MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Hospitality Properties Trust (HPT)

Hospitality Properties Trust (HPT) has announced a distribution. The distribution will become effective on Tuesday, December 15, 2015.  On that date, the current HPT options class will change to HPT1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list HPT1 options. Therefore, no options on HPT will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, December 15, 2015. The new HPT options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Wednesday, December 16, 2015.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in HPT will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, December 14, 2015.
