MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Government Properties Income Trust (GOV)

Government Properties Income Trust (GOV) has announced a distribution. The distribution will become effective on Tuesday, December 15, 2015.  On that date, the current GOV options class will change to GOV1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list GOV1 options. Therefore, no options on GOV will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, December 15, 2015. The new GOV options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Wednesday, December 16, 2015.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in GOV will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, December 14, 2015.
