MIAX Corporate Action Alert: FuelCell Energy, Inc. (FCEL)

FuelCell Energy, Inc. (FCEL) has announced a 1-for-12 reverse split that will become effective on Friday, December 4, 2015.  On that date, the current FCEL option class will change to FCEL1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list FCEL1 options. Therefore, no options on FCEL will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Friday, December 4, 2015.  FuelCell Energy, Inc. (FCEL) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Monday, December 7, 2015.
 

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in FCEL will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, December 3, 2015.
