MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Universal Insurance Holdings, Inc. (UVE)

Universal Insurance Holdings, Inc. (UVE) has announced a special cash distribution.  Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Friday, November 27, 2015. UVE options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options Exchange.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in UVE will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, November 25, 2015.
