MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Springleaf Holdings, Inc. (LEAF) Name and Symbol Change to OneMain Holdings, Inc. (OMF)

Springleaf Holdings, Inc. (LEAF) will change its name to OneMain Holdings, Inc., its trading symbol to (OMF), and its CUSIP to 68268W103, effective for trading on Friday, November 27, 2015.

Strike prices and all other option terms will not change.  

NOTE: OMF options will trade on Cloud 14 on the MIAX.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in LEAF will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, November 25, 2015.
