Market for Underlying Security used for Openings on MIAX for Symbol PNK

MIAX Regulatory Circular 2015-54 identifies an option class that has transferred primary listing to a different exchange beginning today, Tuesday, November 17, 2015, and, as set forth in MIAX Rule 503(d), MIAX shall use the exchange identified in the circular as the “market for the underlying security” for purposes of Openings on the Exchange.
