MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Telefonica, S.A. (TEF)

Telefonica, S.A. (TEF) has announced a distribution. The distribution will become effective on Monday, November 16, 2015.  On that date, the current TEF options class will change to TEF1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list TEF1 options. Therefore, no options on TEF will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Monday, November 16, 2015. The new TEF options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, November 17, 2015.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in TEF will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, November 13, 2015.
