MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Darden Restaurants, Inc. (DRI)

Darden Restaurants, Inc. (DRI) has announced a distribution. The distribution will become effective on Tuesday, November 10, 2015.  On that date, the current DRI options class will change to DRI1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list DRI1 options. Therefore, no options on DRI will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, November 10, 2015. The new DRI options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Wednesday, November 11, 2015.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in DRI will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, November 9, 2015.
