MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Exterran Holdings, Inc. (EXH)
Exterran Holdings, Inc. (EXH) has announced a distribution, name, and symbol change. The distribution, name, and symbol change will become effective on Wednesday, November 4, 2015. On that date, the current EXH options class will change to AROC1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list AROC1 options. Therefore, no options on EXH will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Wednesday, November 4, 2015.
The Exterran Holdings, Inc. (EXH) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Thursday, November 5, 2015 under the new name and symbol of Archrock, Inc. (AROC). Options on symbol AROC will trade on Cloud 1 at the MIAX.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in EXH will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, November 3, 2015.
