Market for Underlying Security used for Openings on MIAX for Symbols RACE and FDC Effective Thursday, October 29, 2015
MIAX Regulatory Circular 2015-51 identifies two newly listed option classes that will start trading on the MIAX on Thursday, October 29, 2015, and, as set forth in MIAX Rule 503(d), MIAX shall use the exchange identified in the circular as the “market for the underlying security” for purposes of Openings on the Exchange.
