MIAX Corporate Action Alert: IGI Laboratories, Inc. (IG) Name and Symbol Change to Teligent, Inc. (TLGT)
IGI Laboratories, Inc. (IG) will change its name to Teligent, Inc., its trading symbol to (TLGT), and its CUSIP to 87960W104, effective on Monday, October 26, 2015.
Strike prices and all other option terms will not change.
NOTE: TLGT options will trade on Cloud 17 on the MIAX.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in IG will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, October 23, 2015.
Additional details about the IGI Laboratories, Inc. (IG) name, symbol, and CUSIP change are provided in the attached OCC Memo.
