Market for Underlying Security used for Openings on MIAX for Symbol TLGT Effective Monday, October 26, 2015
MIAX Regulatory Circular 2015-49 identifies a newly listed option class that will start trading on the MIAX on Monday, October 26, 2015, and, as set forth in MIAX Rule 503(d), MIAX shall use the exchange identified in the circular as the “market for the underlying security” for purposes of Openings on the Exchange.
