Coupons.com Incorporated (COUP) will change its name to Quotient Technology Inc., its trading symbol to (QUOT), and its CUSIP to 749119103, effective on Wednesday, October 21, 2015.
Strike prices and all other option terms will not change.
NOTE: QUOT options will trade on Cloud 15 on the MIAX.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in COUP will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, October 20, 2015.
