Cyberonics, Inc. (CYBX) has announced a cusip, name and symbol change. These changes will become effective on Monday, October 19, 2015. On that date, the current CYBX options class will change to LivaNova PLC, symbol LIVN, and CUSIP G5509L101.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in CYBX will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, October 16, 2015.
