MIAX Options Exchange Delisting: Blyth, Inc. (BTH)
Blyth, Inc. (BTH) will be de-listed from the MIAX Options Exchange effective on Thursday, October 15, 2015.
All open orders resting on the MIAX order book in BTH will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, October 14, 2015.
Details about the Blyth, Inc. (BTH) completed merger are provided in the attached OCC Memo.
