MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Osiris Therapeutics, Inc. (OSIR)

Osiris Therapeutics, Inc. (OSIR) has announced a special cash dividend.  Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Wednesday, October 14, 2015. OSIR options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options Exchange.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in OSIR will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, October 13, 2015.
