MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Equinix, Inc. (EQIX)
Equinix, Inc. (EQIX) has announced a stock dividend. The stock dividend will become effective on Tuesday, October 6, 2015. On that date, the current EQIX options class will change to EQIX2. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list EQIX2 options. Therefore, no options on EQIX will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, October 6, 2015. The new EQIX options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Wednesday, October 7, 2015.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in EQIX will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, October 5, 2015.
