MIAX Options - October 1, 2015 Transaction Fee Changes - Priority Customer Rebate Tiers

Effective October 1, 2015, pending SEC approval, the MIAX Options Fee Schedule will be amended as follows:

  • The Priority Customer Rebate Program will be amended to reflect adjustments to the "Per Contract Credit in MIAX Select Symbols" in Tiers 3 and 4.
A summary of the October 1, 2015 transaction fee changes is attached.  For full details, please review the pending October 1, 2015 MIAX Options Fee Schedule posted on the MIAX website at content/fees.
