MIAX Corporate Action Alert: The Madison Square Garden Company (MSG)
The Madison Square Garden Company (MSG) has announced a distribution, name and symbol change that will become effective on Thursday, October 1, 2015. On that date, the current MSG options class will change to MSGN1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list MSGN1 options. Therefore, no options on MSG will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Thursday, October 1, 2015. The Madison Square Garden Company (MSG) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Friday, October 2, 2015 under the new name and symbol of MSG Networks, Inc. (MSGN).
NOTE: MSGN options will continue to trade on Cloud 12 on the MIAX.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in MSG will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, September 30, 2015.
