MIAX Corporate Action Alert: The Blackstone Group L.P. (BX)

The Blackstone Group L.P. (BX) has announced a distribution. The distribution will become effective on Thursday, October 1, 2015.  On that date, the current BX options class will change to BX1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list BX1 options. Therefore, no options on BX will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Thursday, October 1, 2015. The new BX options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Friday, October 2, 2015.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in BX will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, September 30, 2015.
