MIAX Corporate Action Alert: SPX Corporation (SPW)

SPX Corporation (SPW) has announced a distribution and symbol change. The distribution and symbol change will become effective on Monday, September 28, 2015.  On that date, the current SPW options class will change to SPXC1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list SPXC1 options. Therefore, no options on SPXC will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Monday, September 28, 2015. The new SPXC options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, September 29, 2015.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in SPW will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, September 25, 2015.
