MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Sanderson Farms, Inc. (SAFM)
Sanderson Farms, Inc. (SAFM) has announced a cash distribution. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Friday, September 25, 2015. SAFM options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options Exchange.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in SAFM will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, September 24, 2015.
