MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Vector Group Ltd. (VGR)

Vector Group Ltd. (VGR) has announced a stock dividend. The stock dividend will become effective on Monday, September 14, 2015.  On that date, the current VGR options class will change to VGR1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list VGR1 options. Therefore, no options on VGR will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Monday, September 14, 2015. The new VGR options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, September 15, 2015.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in VGR will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, September 11, 2015.
