MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Comverse, Inc. (CNSI) Name and Symbol Change to Xura, Inc. (MESG)
Comverse, Inc. (CNSI) will change its name to Xura, Inc., its trading symbol to (MESG), and its CUSIP to 98420V107, effective for trading on Wednesday, September 9, 2015.
Strike prices and all other option terms will not change.
NOTE: MESG options will trade on Cloud 12 on the MIAX.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in CNSI will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, September 8, 2015.
