MIAX Corporate Action Alert: New Oriental Education and Technology Group Inc. (EDU)

New Oriental Education and Technology Group Inc. (EDU) has announced a distribution that will become effective on Wednesday, September 2, 2015.  On that date, the current EDU options class will change to EDU1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list EDU1 options. Therefore, no options on EDU will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Wednesday, September 2, 2015.  New Oriental Education and Technology Group Inc. (EDU) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Thursday, September 3, 2015.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in EDU will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday,September 1, 2015.
