MIAX Options - September 1, 2015 Fee Changes - Amendment to the Priority Customer Rebate Program

Effective September 1, 2015, pending SEC approval, the MIAX Options Exchange will amend the Fee Schedule for the Priority Customer Rebate Program for Tiers 3 and 4.
