MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Noranda Aluminum Holding Corporation (NOR)
Noranda Aluminum Holding Corporation (NOR) has announced a reverse split that will become effective on Wednesday, August 26, 2015. On that date, the current NOR options class will change to NOR1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list NOR1 options. Therefore, no options on NOR will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Wednesday, August 26, 2015. Noranda Aluminum Holding Corporation (NOR) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Thursday, August 27, 2015.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in NOR will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, August 25, 2015.
