MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Targacept, Inc. (TRGT)
On Thursday, August 20, 2015, the current Targacept, Inc. (TRGT) options class will change to TRGT1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list TRGT1 options. Therefore, no options on TRGT will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Thursday, August 20, 2015.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in TRGT will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, August 19, 2015.
