MIAX Options Exchange Delisting: Quality Distribution, Inc. (QLTY)

Quality Distribution, Inc. (QLTY) will be de-listed from the MIAX Options Exchange effective on Wednesday, August 19, 2015.

All open orders resting on the MIAX order book in QLTY will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, August 18, 2015.

Details about the Quality Distribution, Inc. (QLTY) completed merger are provided in the attached OCC Memo.
