MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Ventas, Inc. (VTR)
Ventas, Inc. (VTR) has announced a distribution. The distribution will become effective at the market open on Tuesday, August 18, 2015. On that date, the current VTR options class will change to VTR1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list VTR1 options. Therefore, no options on VTR will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, August 18, 2015. The new VTR options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Wednesday, August 19, 2015.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in VTR will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, August 17, 2015.
