MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Zillow Group, Inc. (Z) Distribution and Symbol Change
Zillow Group, Inc. (Z) has announced a distribution and will change its trading symbol to (ZG) effective for Monday, August 17, 2015.
On that date, the current Z options class will change to ZG2. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list ZG2 options. Therefore, no options on ZG will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Monday, August 17, 2015. The new ZG options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, August 18, 2015.
NOTE: ZG options will trade on Cloud 21 on the MIAX.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in Z will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, August 14, 2015.
