MIAX Corporate Action Alert: JDS Uniphase Corporation (JDSU) Name and Symbol Change to Viavi Solutions Inc. (VIAV) and Distribution
JDS Uniphase Corporation (JDSU) has announced a distribution and will change its name to Viavi Solutions Inc. (VIAV), its trading symbol to (VIAV), and its cusip to 925550105 effective for Tuesday, August 4, 2015.
On that date, the current JDSU options class will change to VIAV1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list VIAV1 options. Therefore, no options on VIAV will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, August 4, 2015. The new VIAV options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Wednesday, August 5, 2015.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in JDSU will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, August 3, 2015.
