Tekmira Pharmaceuticals Corporation (TKMR) will change its name to Arbutus Biopharma Corporation, its trading symbol to (ABUS), and its CUSIP to 03879J100, effective for trading on Monday, August 3, 2015.
Strike prices and all other option terms will not change.
NOTE: ABUS options will trade on Cloud 1 on the MIAX.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in TKMR will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, July 31, 2015.
