MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Barnes & Noble, Inc. (BKS)

Barnes & Noble, Inc. (BKS) has announced a distribution. The distribution will become effective on Monday, August 3, 2015.  On that date, the current BKS options class will change to BKS1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list BKS1 options. Therefore, no options on BKS will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Monday, August 3, 2015. The new BKS options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, August 4, 2015.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in BKS will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, July 31, 2015.
