MIAX Corporate Action Alert: ARMOUR Residential REIT, Inc. (ARR)
ARMOUR Residential REIT, Inc. (ARR) has announced a reverse split that will become effective on Monday, August 3, 2015. On that date, the current ARR options class will change to ARR1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list ARR1 options. Therefore, no options on ARR will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Monday, August 3, 2015. ARMOUR Residential REIT, Inc. (ARR) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, August 4, 2015.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in ARR will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, July 31, 2015.
