MIAX Corporate Action Alert: American Realty Capital Properties, Inc. (ARCP) Name and Symbol Change to VEREIT, Inc. (VER)
American Realty Capital Properties, Inc. (ARCP) will change its name to VEREIT, Inc., its trading symbol to (VER), and its CUSIP to 92339V100, effective for Friday, July 31, 2015.
Strike prices and all other option terms will not change.
NOTE: VER options will trade on Cloud 19 on the MIAX.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in ARCP will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, July 30, 2015.
