MIAX Corporate Action Alert: SinoCoking Coal and Coke Chemical Industries, Inc. (SCOK) Name and Symbol Change to Hongli Clean Energy Technologies Corporation (CETC)

SinoCoking Coal and Coke Chemical Industries, Inc. (SCOK) will change its name to Hongli Clean Energy Technologies Corporation, its trading symbol to (CETC), and its CUSIP to 438586109, effective for trading on Tuesday, July 28, 2015.

Strike prices and all other option terms will not change.  

NOTE: CETC options will trade on Cloud 3 on the MIAX.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in SCOK will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, July 27, 2015.

Additional details about the SinoCoking Coal and Coke Chemical Industries, Inc. name, symbol, and CUSIP change are provided in the attached OCC Memo.
