MIAX Corporate Action Alert: eBay Inc. (EBAY)

eBay Inc. (EBAY) has announced a distribution. The distribution will become effective on Monday, July 20, 2015.  On that date, the current EBAY options class will change to EBAY1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list EBAY1 options. Therefore, no options on EBAY will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Monday, July 20, 2015. The new EBAY options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, July 21, 2015.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in EBAY will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, July 17, 2015.
