MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Inc. (CBRL)

Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Inc. (CBRL) has announced a special cash dividend.  Associated strike price adjustments will become effective at the opening of business on Wednesday, July 15, 2015. CBRL options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options Exchange.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in CBRL will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, July 14, 2015.
