MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Itau Unibanco Holding S.A. (ITUB)

Itau Unibanco Holding S.A. (ITUB) has announced a stock dividend. The stock dividend will become effective at the market open on Tuesday, July 14, 2015.  On that date, the current ITUB options class will change to ITUB1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list ITUB1 options. Therefore, no options on ITUB will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, July 14, 2015. The new ITUB options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Wednesday, July 15, 2015.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in ITUB will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, July 13, 2015.
